Preparation list:

Steps: (Some of them are optional)
1. Installation
Download, install and launch the DVD to Nook Tablet Converter on your Computer, and you will find its main interface as following.



2. Download and install Foxreal DVD Ripper Profile Patch (foxreal-dvd-ripper-patch.exe)
If this is your first time using this program, please do close the program, download and install the Profile Patch for extending the output formats, including Nook Tablet format from this button.
After the installation, you can launch the DVD Ripper again and get Nook Tablet format profile in Format box under Android category.



3. Import DVD disc, DVD IFO, or DVD ISO, and find the main title.
Insert your DVD to the drive and click the DVD button on the program, and you can import the DVD disc to the DVD Ripper. Check the longest chapter and uncheck others, and you can get only the main title converted. If you are planning to convert DVD IFO/ISO to Nook Tablet, you can click the IFO/ISO folder button to import. You can also import DVD folder by clicking DVD Folder button.



4. Select output format
Please refer to the picture in section 2. Nook Tablet format is just under Android category in Format box menu. Clicking “Settings” button, you can find detailed parameters regarding the output video. You can customize it and get exactly what you want.

Note:
If you’d like to get common video with smaller size, you can select 800*480 in Size box.
If you’d like to get full screen video on Nook Tablet, please select 1024*600 in Size box.
The higher video bitrate you select, the higher video quality you will get, but a bigger output file size it will generate. And the conversion time will be longer.



5. Edit the video, getting the right period you want, enlarging volume, and more. (Optional)
By clicking the scissors button, you can launch Edit window where you can drag bars to trim off unwanted periods of the movie like the beginning and ending.
If the volume of original video is not loud, you can enlarge it here by dragging the volume bar.
Clicking OK, you can confirm and go back to main interface.



6. Convert the DVD disc to Nook Tablet format
Clicking the Convert button on left bottom of the main interface, you can start conversion. When finished, you can click Completed button to go back to main interface and click Open button to find the converted Nook Tablet file.
If you don’t want to stay waiting for the conversion, you can check “Shut down computer after conversion” and leave it there.



7. Transfer the converted DVD video to Nook Tablet
After the conversion, you can go to the output folder by clicking Open button on main interface and find the converted Nook Tablet video file.
Copy & past the video to your Nook Tablet SD card, or directly to your Nook Tablet using USB, and then you can enjoy the DVD video on your Nook Tablet.
